Alex Green is Managing Director of Sport for Prime Video in Europe. Alex created the strategy and spearheaded the rights negotiations to secure live sport on Prime Video for the first time in Europe including ATP Tour, WTA Tour and US Open tennis and Autumn Nations Series Rugby Union in the UK and Ireland, English Premier League in the UK, Roland-Garros tennis and Ligue 1 football in France and UEFA Champions League football in Germany and Italy. Alex is also responsible for the execution of this sports coverage, including Prime Video’s first season of Premier League coverage in the UK in December 2019, the first time that domestic audiences had seen fully comprehensive live Premier League fixture rounds.

Alice Mascia has more than 20 years’ experience in the media and telco industries. She has a proven record of launching new business, products, and brands. A recognised international executive, she has led on M&As, business transformation and business strategy and execution. Previously, she held senior roles at Foxtel Group and at Sky Deutschland and Sky Italia before joining DAZN in spring 2022 as the new CEO for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Since November 2023, in addition to overseeing the DACH market, she is, amongst others, also responsible for Strategic Partnerships, Commercial Distribution, New Revenues, Advertising, Acquisitions and Brand in a dual role as DAZN’s new Global CMO.

Laurent Eric le Lay, the Director of Sports at France Télévisions, boasts an impressive track record of business achievements, including securing coveted broadcasting rights for premier sporting events. Notable examples include his instrumental role in obtaining exclusive rights to broadcast the Olympic Games in France.

Furthermore, Laurent’s strategic vision and innovative thinking led to groundbreaking partnerships with major sports leagues and federations. His negotiations with the French Football Federation resulted in extensive coverage of the French national football team’s matches, solidifying France Télévisions as the go-to destination for football enthusiasts.

Cristina Delgado Estepa, the Head YouTube Sports & News, leads the development of YouTube’s content strategy in Spain & Portugal. She joined Google in 2006 to build CPG & Travel Advertisers Adwords campaigns. She moved to the YouTube partnership team in 2010 to acquire and negotiate content with broadcasters, Music Labels, Sports organization, News, etc. across different Markets: Middle East, Spain & Portugal.

Cristina has more than 20 years of experience in the media industry, always working at the crossroads of advertising and content acquisition.
Cristina received her Post Graduate in Marketing Digital and E-commerce in ICEMD (ESIC) and Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations (Universidad Complutense de Madrid)

She is also a professor at LaLiga Business School and UEM, delivering Sports Master Class.

James Rothwell is Chief Marketing and Content Officer at World Rugby, based in London. James is responsible for building a portfolio of competition brands and their audiences, broadcast and production, social and content programming, the newly launched RugbyPass TV streaming business, and RugbyPass editorial. Prior to World Rugby, James held a number of marketing leadership positions at TikTok, Netflix and Google, and lived and worked in Asia for 9 years.

A graduate of IMD Business School for Management and Leadership, Switzerland, Bonsu was previously the Head of Editorial for Women’s Sports at GiveMeSport, where she led one of the most successful launches of the coverage of Women’s Sports in the UK. Upon starting this role in 2019, Benny historically became the UK’s first female sports editor. Before that, she undertook various high-profile on-air endeavors, working alongside broadcasting behemoths BBC, Sky Sports, BT Sport, Modern Times Group, London 2012 Olympics, and Alibaba.

Renowned for her charismatic, direct, and irrepressible approach to sports, she is one most respected leaders by her industry peers. Her distinguished body of work has garnered plaudits far and wide, receiving nominations and awards for “Sports Leader Under 40 of the year” and “Sportswoman of the Year” at the Baton Awards, while also a finalist in the esteemed Women’s Trust Award “Best Media Individual of the Year” category, to name a few.

Bonsu is an ambassador for the Global First Ladies Alliance, UNESCO Fit for Life, and UN Women—also a board director for Basketball England and the Sports Journalists Association.

Today, Bonsu serves as the Director of Daily Content at The International Olympic Committee (Olympics.com and Olympic Channel TV), overseeing all content across the Olympics. She remains a prominent sports business and journalism figure, inspiring young women worldwide.

Bonsu is also a vocal advocate for diversity in sports media and business.

Infinite Athlete added veteran executive Teodora Ivanova-Limon in August 2023 to their global business development and leadership team. In her role as General Manager of Europe, Ivanova-Limon will lead business development, strategic partnerships and investments that support long-term growth and new opportunities for Infinite Athlete.

Ivanova-Limon brings over 15 years of experience in commercialising leading-edge technologies across sports, media and entertainment. Prior to joining the Infinite Athlete team, she served as the VP of Global Football at Dapper Labs – the creators of NBA Top Shot and pioneers of sports digital collectibles. Ivanova-Limon spent 12 years at Google where she worked on scaling organisations and vertical strategies for Google Search and Play, as well as building commercial relationships with some of the world’s largest data and content providers.
