To ensure you make the most of your time at the OTT Summit, we’ve broken down the most frequently asked questions…
The event is taking place across 4 days.
The first 2 days, 15 – 16th November 2021, will be taking place in-person at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, in London.
Day 3 and 4, 17 – 18th November 2021, will be online only. No in-person activity is happening on the 17th and 18th.
We are back in-person! Here at SportsPro, we are excited to welcome you to this year’s event taking place at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. For day one and two (15 – 16th November), this will be the home of the sports broadcast industry. The following two days (17 – 18th November) will be online, on our virtual event platform. The Full Conference Pass gives you access to our content and networking opportunities throughout both the in-person event and the online event (15 – 18th Nov). You will also have additional benefits such as access to exclusive experiences within the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and a 12 months subscription to our SportsPro Magazine.
The Standard Conference Pass gives you access to our content and networking opportunities throughout both the in-person event and the online event (15 – 18th Nov), without additional benefits.
The VIP Pass gives you access to our live and on-demand content and networking opportunities during the online event (17 – 18th Nov). It will also give you access to the on-demand content library from the in-person event. This means you will be able to access the content from the in-person sessions (15 – 16th Nov), post-event.
The Live Event Pass, gives you access to live content of the online event only (17 – 18th Nov). No on-demand access is included.
Registering gives you access to the SportsPro OTT Awards‘ winners presentation, in-person on Monday 15th November, around 6pm GMT. This will be streamed live on our event platform for our online audience. When registering this is an optional checkbox on the virtual passes, in-person passes are automatically included.
The SportsPro OTT Awards presentation will be hosted and streamed live (to our online audience) after day one of the OTT Summit (Monday 15th November), from 5:30pm GMT. Gold, silver and bronze winners will be selected across the 14 categories.
Registering for the OTT Summit gives you access to the OTT Awards presentation.
The SportsPro OTT Awards will take place in-person at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Monday 15th November, from 5:30pm GMT. This will be streamed live on our event platform Swapcard for our online audience.
The format will be a reception style awards show with live music, drinks and canapes throughout.
Dress code for the OTT Summit, including the OTT Awards presentation on day one (15th November) is business casual.
Your pass will be transferred to SportsPro’s next appropriate in-person event.
Entry requirements: All attendees of the SportsPro OTT Summit 2021 must show proof a negative Lateral Flow or PCR test taken within 24 hours prior to the event. Please note you will be required to show proof on each day of the event. This can be one of the following:
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been awarded the ‘Good to Go’ standard by Visit Britain recognising businesses that can demonstrate that they are adhering to the respective Government and public health guidance around COVID-19, have carried out a risk assessment and have the required safety processes in place. Masks are not mandatory, but we do ask you to respect others and be mindful of keeping your distance.
If you have purchased the ‘ticket reimbursement programme’ (available during the ticket purchasing process) you are covered and will be reimbursed. If you have not, you forfeit your ticket.
